- For phone or WhatsApp bookings we accept cash or card on the day, or bank transfer in advance — speak to Demo Cars when you book. Online card payment is coming soon.
- Do you take advance bookings?
- Yes, and the earlier the better — pre-booked transfers lock the fixed price and the named driver. We take same-day requests where availability allows, but planned bookings come first on the schedule.
- What areas do you cover for pickup?
- We pick up from Sheffield, Rotherham and Chesterfield as standard, plus the immediate surrounding areas for airport journeys. Anywhere further afield can usually be quoted on request — just call to check.
- What if I need an extra stop on the way?
- An extra stop (picking up a colleague, dropping luggage at a hotel) is easy to add to the booking — flag it when you book so the timing is built into the pickup. Small additions are usually no extra charge; longer detours get quoted up front.
